The Service provides informational and documentation content about Verium X (a middleware platform between distributed ledgers and AI), Verium DEX (a non-custodial trading interface), the X token, and related products. The content is presented as-is and without warranties of any kind. Forward-looking statements about roadmap, planned features, or token mechanics are aspirational and not commitments.

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Verium Labs does not solicit investments and does not act as your broker, exchange, or agent. The trading interface at app.veriumlabs.com is non-custodial: transactions are constructed for your review and signed in your own wallet application, such as Xaman or Joey, and Verium Labs never receives your private keys, seed phrase, or signing secret. An exception is the airdrop feature, which creates a temporary campaign wallet whose key is held by the Service for the duration of the campaign. You fund that wallet, and it is designed to return unused balances — less XRP Ledger network fees and reserves — to the funding wallet when the campaign completes or is reclaimed.

All content surfaced on the Service — including any whitepaper, tokenomics breakdown, roadmap, risk score, forensics output, or AI-generated analysis — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and must not be used as the sole basis for any transaction.

By using the Service, you agree to:

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• ✕ probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
• ✕ use bots, scrapers, spiders, headless browsers, or AI agents to scrape, bulk-extract, overload, or bypass access controls on the Service. This does not restrict use of interfaces Verium Labs provides for automation — including the documented APIs, the MCP server, and agent features — when used in accordance with their documentation and rate limits
• ✕ mirror, reframe, or rehost the Service or its documentation without written permission
• ✕ circumvent rate limiting or any other security mechanism
• ✕ overload our infrastructure or make excessive requests

Website scraping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Verium Labs blocks unauthorized automated access and may pursue legal action.

Use of the Service must comply with applicable law and the following principles: lawfulness, integrity, respect, security, and fair use. Activities violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

7.1 Reproduction of Content

Content authored by Verium Labs — including the whitepaper, tokenomics breakdowns, charts, graphs, screenshots, and visualizations — is the intellectual property of Verium Labs or its licensors. The Service also displays third-party material such as NFT artwork, token logos, and public on-chain data, which remains the property of its respective owners and is not licensed to you by Verium Labs. Reproduction is permitted only for:

• • reproduction without misrepresentation or modification of the underlying claims
• • reproduction that is not bulk, automated, or for commercial redistribution without prior written consent

7.2 Attribution Requirements

Permitted reproduction requires clear and visible attribution: "Source: Verium Labs (https://veriumlabs.com)". Attribution must be placed within the image or caption for visual content, and must be a clickable hyperlink in social media or web contexts. Improper or missing attribution may trigger takedown requests.

Verium Labs, the Verium X middleware, the Odin AI assistant, the MCP architecture, the X token mechanics described in the documentation, and all associated trademarks, logos, designs, copy, whitepaper text, and tokenomics models are the property of Verium Labs or its licensors. Three USPTO provisional patents (44 claims) cover the intelligence engine, execution middleware, and capability router. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content, documentation, market data, quotes, or analytics, or uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation of the Service. Content may become outdated; Verium Labs makes no representation that information here will remain current.

Forward-looking statements about roadmap, token economics, or product features are aspirational. Verium Labs makes no guarantees about future delivery, value, or token performance. Information on the Service is for general informational purposes only and is not financial or investment advice.

In no event shall Verium Labs, its team, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on content published on it — including without limitation trading losses, failed, delayed, duplicated or mis-priced transactions, slippage, protocol or AMM behaviour on the XRP Ledger, wallet or third-party signing-app faults, and XRP Ledger network conditions — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise).

Verium Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Wilmington, Delaware. You and Verium Labs each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Small-claims-court actions for under USD $10,000 may be brought in your local jurisdiction.
